Recently, the 7th China International "internet plus" University Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition came to a successful conclusion. As the starting point of deepening the innovation and entrepreneurship education reform in China, "internet plus" University Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition has greatly mobilized and stimulated the enthusiasm and potential of young people for innovation and entrepreneurship. Since its inception, a total of 6.03 million teams and 25.33 million college students have participated in the competition. In the sixth competition alone, more than 400 gold medals have driven more than 500,000 people to work.

In order to promote the sustainable development of the competition, the Opinions proposed to make full use of central enterprises and social capital to initiate the establishment of a special development fund for the China International "internet plus" University Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition. And encourage provincial people's governments to actively undertake competitions and implement supporting policies and conditions; Support industry enterprises to deepen competition cooperation, broaden the financing channels for running the competition, and appropriately increase the amount of sponsorship funds for the title of the competition.
