1. Benefits include: basic salary, post allowance, overtime pay, performance bonus, attendance award, subsidy, insurance and telephone subsidy.
2. Basic salary: the basic salary of full-time teachers 1200 yuan/month.
3. Attendance Award: Man Qin can give it to 50 yuan/month, but not to be late or ask for leave.
4. Overcapacity Award: Assume that the base number of each teaching class is 10 person/class. If the actual number of people exceeds 10, 20 yuan will be subsidized for each person exceeding/person/month.
5. Overtime: 20 yuan/half a day, 40 yuan/day. The specific overtime hours depend on the needs of the work. Less than 5 hours counts as half a day, and more than 5 hours counts as a day. It can only be calculated after being approved by the principal. If the assigned task is not completed, overtime is not counted.
6. Meal supplement: 10 yuan/day. Full-time teachers and teaching assistants who attend full-time classes on weekends and miss lunch midway have the right. If the administrative staff on duty usually work more than 9 hours a day, they can also enjoy the meal supplement of 10 yuan/day.
7. Performance bonus includes: student consolidation rate+students participating in the competition+teacher quality class competition+freshman development award+quality service award+annual award.
Consolidation rate reward:
1. The minimum basic continuation rate of each training period, more than 75% of classes have continuation bonus, and 50%-74% are not rewarded or punished. Teachers whose class consolidation rate is less than 50% shall be given a training observation period, and teachers whose consolidation rate is less than 50% for two consecutive training periods shall have the right to dismiss or transfer.
