Second, the poverty alleviation work in development zones has taken on a new look.
13 volunteers in agriculture and forestry and 5 volunteers in poverty alleviation shoulder a heavy burden. Practice is the source of theory, and the theory divorced from practice is empty. The Development Zone Project Office coordinates the professional and technical personnel of Forestry Bureau, Poverty Alleviation Office and Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Bureau, and goes deep into the fields and the masses with them to explore the agricultural poverty alleviation and development work in the Development Zone.
College student volunteers pay attention to training themselves in practical work, learn more about the development zone through exchanges with farmers in the development zone, and increase their experience in field trips, so as to make a work plan that conforms to the actual situation of the development zone. Among them, 13 volunteers who support agriculture are good at agroforestry technology, and 5 volunteers who help the poor are good at theoretical and practical management knowledge. They divided 18 people into four groups independently, elected a leader of the working group for supporting agriculture and helping the poor, and coordinated and unified the tasks with the development zone poverty alleviation office, forestry bureau and agriculture and animal husbandry bureau. The western region is vast and sparsely populated, and the reserves of resources are far greater than the exploitation.
