1996. It is the first modern symbolic vocational and technical school in Shanghai, the Shanghai training base of the Ministry of Construction and the Ministry of Land and Resources, and the pilot unit for the construction of Shanghai Modern Enterprise Education and Training Center. It has been awarded the title of civilized unit in Shanghai for ten consecutive years.

The Education Center is adjacent to Hongqiao International Airport, covering an area of 1 18800 square meters, with a total construction area of 80,000 square meters. It was jointly designed by French firm Xia Bangjie and Shanghai Architectural Design Institute. The school layout design is novel, and modern architecture and landscaping are integrated.

Among them, the student apartment is fully equipped, with four beds in each room and independent use of bathroom and shower equipment. Each student is equipped with an independent writing desk and wardrobe, and every household is equipped with a balcony and air conditioning. It is the most modern student apartment in Shanghai at present.
