Pure water production enterprises need to apply for business licenses and water intake permits.

Application materials:

5. Construction and trial operation of water intake projects or facilities (original 1 copy);

6, water metering facilities metering certificate (copy);

7. Construction and commissioning of water-saving facilities (original 1 copy);

8. Implementation of sewage treatment measures (original 1 copy);

9, during the trial operation, the water quality test report issued by a qualified unit (copy);

10, river dam and other water storage projects. It is also required to submit the operation plan for water storage (original 1 copy);

Treatment process

1. Acceptance of water intake project: After the water intake project or facility is completed and put into trial operation for 30 days, the water intake person shall apply to the water conservancy department for acceptance of water intake project with relevant documents and materials.

2. Application for water intake permit: After the water intake project or facility is accepted, the applicant shall submit an application for completion and acceptance of the water intake project or facility to the water conservancy department with the application report for water intake permit and relevant documents.

3. Permit issuance: The water intake permit shall be issued within 7 working days from the date of accepting the application.

4. Delivery of results: the applicant will get the water permit from the administrative service center of the Ministry of Water Resources, or the certificate will be delivered to the applicant by the administrative service center of the Ministry of Water Resources.

1, water units and individuals take more than 200,000 m3 of surface water daily;

2, water units and individuals daily groundwater 1 10000 m3 above the water; ?

3. Cross-regional or inter-basin water intake affects water intake in other districts and cities;

4. The water storage capacity of reservoirs and hydropower stations exceeds 1 100 million m3; ?

5. The total installed capacity of power generation enterprises and institutions is above 250MW.

2. Application for water intake permit: If a unit or individual intends to use water intake projects or facilities to directly take water resources from rivers, lakes or underground, and the construction project has passed the water resources demonstration, it may apply for water intake permit.

Construction projects subject to government approval system: apply for water intake before submitting the feasibility study report (pre-report) of the construction project;

Construction projects listed in the catalogue of government-approved projects: apply for water intake before submitting the project application report;

Construction projects listed in the catalogue of government record projects and other construction projects not included in the national capital construction management procedures: before the water intake project starts, apply for water intake.

After the application for water intake is approved by the examination and approval authority, the applicant can start construction of water intake projects or facilities.

3. Application for water intake permit: If the water intake project or facility has been completed and put into trial operation for 30 days, you can apply for water intake permit.
