What should designers learn?
Designers should learn many skills and knowledge to improve their design ability and creativity. First of all, they need to master the design basics, including color theory, composition principle, typesetting rules and so on. Secondly, we should be familiar with design software and tools, such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, so as to design and create flexibly.

Observation and insight: designers need to have keen observation, be able to find the details and trends around them, and get inspiration from them. At the same time, they also need insight, can understand users' needs and psychology, and design works that meet users' expectations.

Critical thinking: Designers need to have critical thinking, be able to objectively evaluate their own works, find out their own shortcomings and improve them. They should be able to accept criticism and feedback and turn them into motivation to improve themselves.

Creative thinking: Designers need to have creative thinking and be able to put forward unique design ideas and solutions. They should be able to jump out of conventional thinking, dare to try new design styles and technologies, and integrate inspiration from different fields into their own designs.

Time management and project management ability: Designers usually need to deal with multiple projects at the same time, so they need to have good time management and project management ability, be able to arrange time reasonably, complete tasks efficiently, and maintain high-quality design works under tight time constraints.

Continuous learning and self-improvement: the design industry is developing rapidly, and new technologies and trends are constantly emerging. Therefore, designers need to keep the attitude of continuous learning and constantly update their knowledge and skills to adapt to the changes and development of the industry.

In a word, designers need to develop their skills and accomplishments in an all-round way, not only to master professional design knowledge and tools, but also to have observation, insight, creative thinking and project management ability in order to stand out in the design field.
