The introduction of new curriculum standards has put forward new requirements and challenges for information technology teachers in primary and secondary schools. On the one hand, in order to adapt to the new curriculum standards, teachers urgently need training. On the other hand, teachers are very dissatisfied with the existing training, thinking that there are many empty things, less practical content (teaching can be used for reference), more technical training and less teaching training. Some school leaders' misunderstanding of information technology teachers has affected the enthusiasm of many teachers. To solve these problems, on the one hand, teachers are urgently needed.

Analysis of teachers' present situation

No matter students, parents, teachers of other disciplines, school leaders or information technology teachers themselves, their thoughts have not changed from the state of ignoring information technology.

Network management: responsible for the normal operation of the network, or the planning and management of the school network.

Technical personnel: software attitude, platform development, training and promotion.

Information technology teachers: curriculum implementation, scientific research projects, resource development, activity courses.

As for the information technology course, it has been neglected, and even our teachers themselves don't pay much attention to the tempering of teaching. I think the training of information technology teachers should pay attention to levels and stages. Hierarchical means that the training of information technology teachers should fully consider the differences of teachers' status in different places and schools. Regardless of the actual situation, unifying the standards and requirements of teacher training will not only violate the laws of education, but also increase the burden on teachers. Stages mean that the training of teachers can't be done overnight, and the training of information technology teachers should be institutionalized and routine.
