1. International certificates are generally associations registered in the United States. It is easier to register an association in the United States than to register a company in China.
2. If there is no problem with the certificate, it depends on whether the student's information can be found.
3. Whether the certificate has anti-counterfeiting marks such as steel seal.
4. No matter the function of the issuing unit is to do education and training, many units have nothing to do with training and education.
Through the above five points, we can basically distinguish 99% of the certificates, but there are still some certificates that are difficult to distinguish. However, some certificates cannot be said to be false, but the operation is somewhat irregular. However, we must resolutely resist those lawless elements who fabricate a state department, print certificates privately and maliciously collect money.
