With the promulgation and implementation of GB/T 3098. 1-20xx, one of the core standards of our quality testing center, not only our personnel need further training, but also our system has been greatly revised.

In view of the upgrading of "Document Periodic Review Form" and "External Document Confirmation Form", the new requirements put forward in the new version of the standard were re-studied, and the testing ability of the quality testing center under the new version of the standard was evaluated. The tensile strength and decarburization test confirmed again that the quality inspection center met the testing requirements of the new national standard after strict capacity evaluation. At the same time, the contract has been reviewed and so on, so that our quality testing center can quickly adapt to the new standards and use the new standards for testing. Third, the instrument configuration work

All testing instruments have been verified and calibrated by third-party metrology institutions, and metallographic microscope, image projector, digital caliper, digital altimeter, digital micrometer, direct reading spectrometer and other equipment have been periodically verified according to the specified procedures to ensure that the equipment can be used normally within the validity period. All testing rooms are equipped with air conditioning systems and thermometers, and the temperature and humidity values are filled in every day.

The inspection shows that it meets the requirements of the Control Procedure for Environmental Conditions of Facilities, and the resource allocation is reasonable, which fully meets the requirements of the testing center. In view of the long history of the 300KN universal testing machine in our quality inspection center, although it runs normally, there are hidden dangers. In order to ensure that the testing work is not affected by the possible failure of testing equipment, a 300KN electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine was added this year. In order to improve the detection of steel structure connection pairs, a 10000NM high-strength bolt axial force and torque detector is configured.

Fourth, the training of testers.

This year, we retrained the ISO 17025 system standards and management documents, which further improved the staff of the quality inspection center's understanding of the national certification laboratory system, and conducted internal collective training on the theme of the new GB/T 3098. 1-20xx standard, focusing on the differences between the old and new standards, involving a lot of contents such as testing items, testing methods and materials. After receiving the supervision record, check whether the anchor bolts of other equipment that need to be fixed on the ground are loose, replace all four anchor bolts of the universal testing machine, and then compare the data before and after replacing the anchor bolts, and no obvious abnormality is found.

This quality testing center still has obvious shortcomings in measurement uncertainty. Although the evaluation of uncertainty has not been fully popularized in China, it is quite common abroad. With the deepening of globalization, the evaluation of uncertainty will inevitably become the basic requirement of every laboratory. Although our laboratory has conducted small-scale uncertainty training this year, it is still far from this aspect and needs to be further strengthened, not only through internal training, but also through external training when necessary.
