From now on, all training institutions in the city will stop providing offline services. The relevant requirements are hereby notified as follows:
First, urge all training institutions to fully understand the urgency of the current epidemic prevention and control work, adhere to the principle of "whoever approves and supervises, who is in charge of supervision", perform their duties according to law, and may not organize centralized training, on-site consultation and any form of gathering activities, and may not carry out offline services in violation of regulations.
Second, training institutions are required to do a good job in propaganda and explanation of parents, students and trainees, strive for their understanding, support and cooperation, properly handle related matters such as changing classes and refunding fees, and effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of parents, students and trainees.
Three, strengthen inspection and supervision, in violation of the provisions of the organization of offline services, according to the relevant provisions of serious treatment.
