As a member of the famous teacher's studio, I was fortunate enough to participate in this training. This training is mostly for young backbone teachers, who come from different schools in the development zone and don't know each other. Now everyone is sitting in the spacious and bright classroom to discuss and communicate, as if they were students more than ten years ago. Starting from the present situation of educational reform, teaching experts have given us high-level theoretical guidance with vivid examples, humorous language, rich cultural background and exquisite theoretical exposition. Recognize the development direction and goal of educational reform, update educational concepts, broaden our horizons and reflect on the shortcomings in our work. Really let us appreciate the demeanor of education experts, but also let our minds experience a brainstorming of educational theory. The short five-day training, although tense and busy, also made us very happy. Now tell me about my study experience.

First, from "teaching" to "educating people"

Professor Zhang Meiling, director of Modern Primary Education Research Center of Institute of Psychology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, is an old man in his 80s, but he is full of energy and high spirits in our training class, and he doesn't rest for hours. Isn't this an edification of the professional quality of our young teachers? The educational narrative Teddy's Story (plug-in courseware) is in Professor Zhang's mouth. Isn't Teddy in the story the so-called problem student in our class? And we only became Mr. Thompson who only cared about reading, writing and instilling knowledge. Teacher Thompson's success lies in the change from "teaching" to "educating people", which makes her understand the true meaning of education from a child instead of instilling knowledge blindly. She should pay attention to energetic and emotional children. The happiness of a teacher lies in the fact that students are more successful than you. Teachers' happiness is children's concern, and students bury you in their hearts. And with the trust of teachers, students will become particularly confident. Our students are different in intelligence and ability. We should face up to these differences, understand students' psychology and cultivate all kinds of talents suitable for society. They may not all be admitted to universities and become outstanding talents in the future, but as long as we plant the seeds of self-confidence in students' hearts, they will blossom brilliant flowers of success wherever they go in the future. As a teacher, you should leave students not only knowledge, but also quality. The measure of a person is whether he can be the best himself.

Professor Zhang also explained the true meaning of the class as "Where did you take the students?" How do you take students there? How do you know that the students have arrived there? "Guide our purposeful teaching to meet students' freedom and psychological needs. Respect students, respect differences, and calm down to learn to listen. Facing the differences, students should have different education and realize different development. Taking the experiments of Dulangkou Middle School and Middle School as an example, Professor Zhang further shows that these schools have achieved outstanding results because they have met students' learning needs to the greatest extent, paid more attention to students' physical and mental development while paying attention to their academic performance, and greatly mobilized their enthusiasm according to their psychological characteristics. Combined with our usual teaching, I feel that I am lacking in this respect. I am full of blood for students at ordinary times, and I can't wait to teach them all the knowledge so that every student can get a hundred points in the exam. Students are still angry when they are not at school, but they seldom think about what students are thinking. Can they accept my approach? Did I motivate the students? What did I leave for the students I taught for six years when they graduated? Thinking of this, I have to reflect on my teaching behavior with my heart. Facing different students, we should implement different education and achieve different development, that is to say, we should make students prepare well before class, make flexible teaching plans, integrate learning plans with teaching plans, and let students do selective hierarchical homework and diversified homework evaluation methods. Teachers should learn to let go. Letting go is guidance. They should be strict with students but not demanding. Students should never say what they can do. Students should think about why they are wrong when they do something wrong. The process of reflection is more important than the correct result. This is the wisdom of reflection, and children should grow up in mistakes. As long as there is progress, there is hope. Cherish what you have and don't complain about what you don't have. Teachers should pass on this sunny psychology to students. Understanding students, walking into their hearts, talking with students and infecting students with teachers' unique personality charm can also enable our students to turn knowledge into wisdom and quality and lay the foundation for their lives.

Second, learning to wait is also love.

Dr. Zhao Xibin mentioned that the profession of teacher is the most difficult, because it requires teachers not only to have high professional quality, but also to have a loving heart. On the one hand, our teachers have to please students, which is a factor that other professions don't have to consider. As the saying goes, "only by being close to the teacher can you channel." If students like this teacher, their classes will be good, but if they don't like this teacher, their grades will be poor. This is a truth that everyone has experienced and understood, and it can also be said that "love me, love my dog". Of course, the premise of accepting students is to respect them, including not attacking them physically and emotionally in a rude way; Treat students in a fair, caring and considerate manner; Under special circumstances, we should restrain our emotions and behaviors, take care of students' dignity and dignity, and calm down and wait. Learning to wait is also love. Your waiting and tolerance can move students' hearts more than accusations. Education is spreading civilization, loving students is expectation, and respecting students is need. Every student is different. As the saying goes, "a leopard cannot change his spots", some aspects of students may be hard to change all his life, and there is no need to change them. We can only cherish individual differences and teach students in accordance with their aptitude. But don't discriminate against students, learn to wait. He may not have learned what we taught him at once, but the teacher's respect deeply influenced the students. Just like Wu in our class, he is a student with delayed brain development. Although he is 9 years old and taller than other students, his IQ is only 4 or 5 years old. Learning only likes to recite, and he can recite part of the text we read, but every time other children forget moral education at class meetings, he keeps it in mind. School milk was distributed for the first time in the class. The other students couldn't wait to drink milk, but he held it in his hand. I was curious and asked him why he didn't drink. He replied childishly, I don't drink. I'll go home and let my mother drink. The teacher said that I should be filial to my mother. This sentence shocked my heart. It is also for this sentence that I gave a moral education to the whole class and called on them to learn his filial piety like Wu. It is based on my praise again and again that the students slowly discovered Wu's bright spot and began to like him from the bottom of their hearts, so they stopped bullying him, and the episodes he broke out from time to time in class were no longer classmates' ridicule but kind smiles. What is teacher's love? It is respect, tolerance and waiting. Practice speaks louder than words. Teach by example what? Among them, the most important thing is the teacher's personality charm and charisma. Personality is a silent force, and a teacher with noble personality is a textbook, from which students will benefit endlessly.

Third, be a valuable teacher.

Gao, a teacher in Hongzhi Class of Guangqumen Middle School in Beijing, is over 60 years old, but she smells of sunshine. The theme of her report is "being a valuable teacher". After listening to Mr. Gao's report, I thought: If I were a student, I would be very happy to have such a teacher. If I were a teacher, I would have no regrets in my life like Miss Gao. Teacher Gao expounded the theory with vivid cases, sometimes warm and touching, sometimes sharp and thought-provoking, sometimes humorous, and the educational wisdom was fully displayed.

When I first saw this sentence, I was inexplicably excited: the work I am engaged in is so sacred. Your understanding is self-evident. In real life, a little help from "noble people" can make dying young trees instantly glow with vitality. Ask yourself if you are an important person in student life. I think I am serious, responsible and concerned about my students. I think I am a qualified class teacher. However, after listening to the case stories cited by Mr. Gao, I feel that I am far from paying full attention to students. Every child in Hongzhi class has endless stories behind him. Their family is so poor and their self-esteem is so fragile. Taking care of these children is the most beautiful tall mother in their eyes. Isn't this our best example?

Listening to teacher Gao's report is more like listening to her stand-up comedy, and there is constant laughter in the classroom. Miss Gao's lectures can be published so freely because of her thought-provoking stories, hilarious jokes and simple magic tricks. This is not only a short story, but also a joke. It is all the educational significance given by Mr. Gao, and it is still so "smooth and silent". The story of "Donkey and Horse" left a deep impression on me: a horse followed Master Xuanzang to the Western Heaven to learn Buddhist scriptures, and when he came back, he said to his old friend Donkey: In fact, the distance between you and me has been almost the same in 17 years. The difference is that my master and I have a goal, and we have both worked hard towards this goal, but you are blindfolded in one place. In teaching, will we be blinded by those eyes that could have looked forward to the dawn of future education because of some reasons, or busy life, trivial things, different pursuits, conflicts of interests, etc. That we can only "spin around" in one place? This is really worth pondering. Teacher Gao told the ordinary truth so vividly, vividly and persuasively, which made these boring truths instantly vivid and full of vitality, and was deeply imprinted in people's hearts like a brand. Teacher Gao said that a teacher can tell at least 200 jokes and perform small magic tricks for us on the spot. These tricks in the eyes of adults are enough to drive away students' drowsiness in class and make students look forward to their teachers. Therefore, I think teachers should keep pace with the times, study hard, accumulate hard, and give a joke new meaning with their efforts. It is also a kind of learning, and teachers with rich backgrounds are attractive!

The charm of Mr. Gao also lies in teaching us to have a happy heart and learn to adjust our mentality to resolve the pressure brought by heavy work and family, because there are always more ways than difficulties. When we cannot change the environment, we try to change ourselves. Only by having ideals, pursuing, doing things in a down-to-earth manner and constantly updating knowledge reserves can we cope with students' curiosity and thirst for knowledge. Teacher Gao's lecture moved me so much. As the head teacher in the new period, each of us has many opportunities and faces more challenges. This requires our teachers to be able to endure loneliness and calm down to read some books, some useful books. "A good book is a good teacher!" Read a lot, use it, and use it for me. When used in education and teaching, teacher education will be more powerful and go up a storey still higher.

Positive people are like the sun, where they shine. Negative people are like the moon, and the fifteenth day of the first lunar month is different.

Fourth, carry out normal education and scientific research.

When it comes to scientific research, teachers find it particularly difficult to do, and profound theoretical knowledge is too far away from us. After listening to Director Wang Lijun's report this time, I realized that educational research is an effective way to promote teachers' professional development. Scientific research is not for teachers to sum up profound theories, but a habit in our daily work. In short, educational scientific research is a small problem that teachers have been thinking about for a long time in teaching, researching, recording and innovating in the process of thinking. For example, the practice of expanding words in Chinese subjects, reading aloud with the music of ancient poems, keeping scores in mathematics, listening to music and drawing, and doodling on the blackboard by artists, etc. These are just small lessons in our usual teaching, but if we can learn and think for a long time and be sustainable, it will become a great topic. At the same time, it also opens up an effective way for our professional development. Calm down, study and think, and you will certainly gain something.

In short, this training is a rare opportunity for me to recharge. The leaders of Social Development Bureau and Education Management Center provided us with this platform for continuous learning and improvement, which not only enabled us to acquire rich knowledge, but also improved our professional quality. In my future work, I will establish the view of lifelong learning, and increase my talents by constantly acquiring new knowledge to adapt to the new situation of today's education reform.
