The office environment of large companies may be much better, and the popularity and social influence of large companies are unmatched by small companies. In the case of similar income, some people will choose big companies just because of their popularity.
2. Management system
The reason why a large company can become a large company with a certain scale and social influence is because it has a very mature and sound management system, strict rules and clear division of labor. As a newcomer to the workplace, I will receive systematic and comprehensive induction training with clear work content.
On the other hand, small companies are quite different. The company is in a period of rapid development, with fewer people and more things, and the division of labor is not clear. It's common for the boss to pay you, but let you do several jobs.
3. Welfare benefits
The purpose of work, to put it mildly, is to realize the value of self-life, and to put it realistically, it is to make money. The welfare benefits of large companies are generally better than those of small companies. Wages are paid according to the point, five insurances and one gold are paid according to the standard, the national statutory rest days are basically normal, annual leave travel is basically available, and there is no holiday to give money. Small companies have many unstable factors. Salary, bonus, vacation and annual leave all depend on the specific work arrangements of the company and leaders. As for the welfare such as tourism, it depends on the company's income and the mood of the leaders.
4. Resources and opportunities
Whether it is a small company or a big company, opportunities are equal, and opportunities are always reserved for those who are prepared. Relatively speaking, the resources of large companies, both external and internal, far exceed those of small companies. In a big company, your vision may be broader, and your network resources will be established faster and wider.
5. Work mood
In small companies, there are fewer people and people communicate more frequently. Many times, it is more humanized and can better reflect the principle of humanization. Something happened at home. Say hello to colleagues, verbally tell the leader, and you can run away. Big companies have to go through a strict leave approval process, which makes them feel even worse.
As the saying goes, "Choice is more important than hard work". As a worker who has been employed for five years, I want to give two suggestions to graduates who are still struggling to choose a small company or a big company:
1. If you want to have better welfare and live a stable life, it is recommended to choose a big company. Although the promotion speed is a little slow, it is slow and steady.
2. If you want to start a business in the future, it is recommended to choose a small company. Small companies have more opportunities and fewer links. You can know the whole operation process of the company in a short time, and then jump ship to do what you want.
