Article 3 Qingdao standardized management demonstration site (hereinafter referred to as "standardized demonstration site") is the honorary title awarded to the construction site whose management level has reached the specified requirements within the administrative area of Qingdao.

Article 4 Qingdao Construction Engineering Administration Bureau (hereinafter referred to as the Municipal Construction Administration Bureau) is in charge of the evaluation of standardization demonstration sites in this Municipality.

City Construction Management Bureau set up a standardized demonstration site evaluation committee (hereinafter referred to as the "jury"), which is responsible for organizing the evaluation and publishing the evaluation results. The jury consists of 1 director, 1 deputy director and several members.

The jury has an office, which is responsible for the daily affairs of the jury. The office of the jury is located in the Quality and Safety Department of the Municipal Construction Management Bureau.

Article 5 The basis for evaluating standardized demonstration sites is the Code for Management of Construction Sites.

Article 6 This Municipality organizes the evaluation of standardization demonstration sites twice a year, and selects them from the construction projects under construction in that year, which will be reviewed and announced by the Municipal Construction Management Bureau.

Chapter II Scope of Selection

Chapter III Application Conditions

Article 9 Application Procedures

Article 10 review procedure

Chapter V Awards and Incentives
