Registration materials:

Applicants for the legal professional qualification examination shall have the following materials when registering:

1. Valid ID card.

2. Graduation certificate.

The graduation certificate should be available for inquiry or certification on the website of the National College Students' Information Consultation and Employment Guidance Center.

Those who apply for a diploma from Hongkong, Macau, Taiwan Province Province or foreign institutions of higher learning must hold a diploma from the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education.

3. To apply for relaxing the policy, you must have a local household registration that relaxes the registration qualification. When registering online, you should upload the electronic photos of the first page of the household registration book and my page.

4. Photos of electronic documents.

5. Other materials required by the judicial administrative organ.

Examination content:

Test paper 1: Socialism with Chinese characteristics's theory of rule of law, jurisprudence, constitution, Chinese legal history, international law, judicial system and legal professional ethics, criminal law, criminal procedure law, administrative law and administrative procedure law.

Test Paper 2: Civil Law, Intellectual Property Law, Commercial Law, Economic Law, Environmental Resources Law, Labor and Social Security Law, Private International Law, International Economic Law and Civil Procedure Law (including arbitration system).

Subjective topics: Socialism with Chinese characteristics's theory of rule of law, jurisprudence, constitutional law, criminal law, criminal procedure law, civil law, commercial law, civil procedure law (including arbitration system), administrative law and administrative procedure law, judicial system and legal professional ethics. Integration is theoretical law, criminal law, criminal procedure, civil law, business economics, civil procedure and administrative law. That is, there are 7 subjects in the 8 major science examinations, and the Three Kingdoms Law is not taken.
