The issuer is called CSI Digital Board. With the background of state-owned assets, CSI Digital Board was initiated by Hunan Intellectual Property Office, Changsha Intellectual Property Office and other government agencies, and was established to implement the "Thirteenth Five-Year National Intellectual Property Protection" policy.

There are four contents in the study and training of CSI Digital Board:

1. Intellectual property law course: copyright law (copyright law), patent law, trademark law and other intellectual property related legal courses.

2. Intellectual property management: involves the creation, protection, application and management of intellectual property.

3. Intellectual property economics: theoretical and economic analysis of optimal allocation of intellectual property resources in economic growth.

4. Practical course of case analysis: case analysis of successful cooperation with IP such as Forbidden City, Rong Baozhai and Happy Camp, practical teaching of trademark registration application, soft book application and work registration application.
