By 2023, according to the subsidy policy of Kunshan, doctoral students, master students and undergraduate graduates who are employed in Kunshan will be given a one-time living allowance according to the standards of 50,000 yuan, 30,000 yuan and 1 10,000 yuan respectively.

This policy is mainly aimed at newly introduced well-known university graduates at home and abroad, including graduates from first-class universities and disciplines at home and abroad, as well as those with senior professional and technical positions or master's degrees or above. The government also gives an additional 50% living allowance to the newly introduced professionals in key industries in Kunshan.
