I. Responsibilities of the Minister of Logistics Department

(2) Responsible for the daily product maintenance of the warehouse;
(three) responsible for the management of cold storage and valuable product storage, according to the seasonal temperature changes, take necessary insulation or cold storage measures for products with temperature requirements;
(four) according to the provisions of the workflow to send and receive product inventory, according to the warehouse management system to check the quantity;
(five) responsible for storing the accepted materials at the designated place;
(six) responsible for the daily distribution list in and out of the detailed records and regular inventory audit;
(seven) regularly report defective products;
(eight) the planning and placement of materials storage location;
(9) Be responsible for tracking and supervising the return notices of all defective products issued by the Quality Control Department;
(10) Assist in destroying all reimbursed products;
(eleven) to assist in arranging the distribution of all materials and vehicles in the store;
Iii. Job responsibilities of inspectors
(a) adhere to the principle of quality first, and ensure the quality of products in storage;
(two) responsible for the acceptance of purchased products in batches according to the statutory standards and the quality terms stipulated in the contract, and effectively exercise the veto power;
(3) Unqualified products shall not be put into storage;
(4) The product acceptance shall be conducted in the qualified area to be inspected, the acceptance of ordinary products shall be completed within one working day after arrival, and the acceptance of special management products and products requiring refrigeration shall be completed within two hours after arrival;
(five) should be in accordance with the provisions of the "product acceptance sampling procedures", to ensure that the quality of the samples taken by the acceptance is representative, after the acceptance, the sampled products should be packaged and restored, and the sampling mark should be marked;
(6) Check the packaging, labels, instructions and relevant supporting documents of the products one by one during acceptance, and the whole product packaging shall have a product certificate;
(seven) products subject to special management, the packaging label or instruction manual should have the specified identification and warning instructions.
(8) For the acceptance of imported products, the name, main components and registration number of the products shall be indicated on the packaging label in Chinese, with Chinese instructions and relevant legal documents attached;
(nine) when accepting the first variety, there should be the factory inspection report of the first batch of products with the same batch number;
(10) Fill in the acceptance record in a standard way, so that the handwriting is clear, the content is true, the project is complete, the batch number is accurate, the conclusion is clear and the signature is standard. Acceptance records shall be kept for more than one year, but not less than three years;
(eleven) to complete other work temporarily arranged by the superior.
Fourth, the return member job responsibilities
(a) responsible for the acceptance of all returns, check the product name, dosage form, specifications, quantity, etc.
(two) check whether the returned products are completely sealed;
(three) responsible for checking the returned goods and return list;
(four) responsible for the registration and entry of returns;
(five) to assist in following up the notice of return of defective products, and to check and register;
(six) to complete other tasks temporarily arranged by the superior.
Five, warehouse keeper job responsibilities
(1) Check the purchasing unit, product name, dosage form, specification, quantity and manufacturer one by one according to the received distribution list, and check whether the packaging is in good condition;
(two) the products should be distributed according to the principle of "first in first out", and strictly check, if there is any discrepancy, correct it in time;
(three) for products with temperature requirements, necessary insulation or refrigeration distribution measures should be taken according to seasonal temperature changes;
(4) Sign the delivery list that has passed the examination and leave the warehouse;
(five) to complete other tasks assigned by the superior leadership.
Six, the driver job responsibilities
(a) Be responsible for transporting the goods to the corresponding stores and transporting the corresponding turnover baskets back to the warehouse;
(2) If there is any return in the store, it must be checked with the store on the premise of completing the storage of the store, and then transported back to the warehouse together with the goods and documents to be delivered to the warehouse return clerk;
(three) responsible for the return of goods that have not been accepted for storage due to date or quality problems, and must be cleaned up once a week;
(4) Complete all transportation tasks temporarily arranged by the company;
(five) to complete other tasks assigned by the superior leadership.
Seven. Job responsibilities of the ticket maker
(1) Responsible for the timely entry into force of the daily delivery application form of the store and converting it into the delivery form.
