Stations, buses, medical institutions, schools, training institutions, welfare institutions, logistics parks, farmers' markets, hotels, shopping malls, supermarkets, pharmacies, entertainment places, hairdressing and bathing places, moon center, scenic spots, cinemas, gymnasiums, libraries, bookstores, chess and cards rooms, offices, conference centers, etc.

Key places should strictly implement epidemic prevention and control measures such as temperature measurement, code scanning, wearing masks, environmental disinfection and employee health monitoring. Personnel entering key places must have negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours.

If the business entities in key places fail to implement epidemic prevention and control measures, refuse to cooperate with health information verification, and provide negative proof of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours, they will be punished according to the relevant laws and regulations of the Public Security Administration Punishment Law; Those who cause novel coronavirus to spread or have a serious risk of spreading will be investigated for criminal responsibility in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Criminal Law.
