2. The National University of Defense Technology of PLA is the first five-year plan country, and the key construction projects of 156 are classified as "double-class" (Class A), "21/project", "985 project" and "2 165438" by the army. It is the first batch of institutions authorized to award master's and doctor's degrees in the State Council, the first batch of pilot graduate schools in China, and the pilot institutions of the Strong Foundation Program. Hunan University, referred to as "Huda" for short, is located in Changsha, a famous historical and cultural city in Hunan Province, directly under the Ministry of Education of China, and is jointly established by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Hunan Provincial People's Government and the State Bureau of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense. It is a national key university, ranking first in 2 1 1 project and 985 project. It has been selected into 20 1 1 plan,1plan, excellent legal talents education and training plan, excellent engineer education and training plan, national high-level university public graduate program, and general China PACE education and promotion partner program, and the museum of China Academy of Sciences and Changsha Center of National Supercomputing have been built. It is a comprehensive research with a long history and a good reputation at home and abroad.
