Baoding Vocational and Technical College, located in Baoding City, Hebei Province, a famous historical and cultural city, is a public comprehensive full-time ordinary university. Approved by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Communications and other six ministries and commissions as the national training base for skilled personnel in the field of "automobile operation and maintenance".
The predecessor of Baoding Vocational and Technical College was founded in 1935. In September 2000, with the approval of the People's Government of Hebei Province, Baoding Vocational and Technical College was formed by the merger of the former Baoding Agricultural School of Hebei Province and the former Baoding Finance and Taxation Cadre Secondary Vocational School. 20 13 Baoding Finance and Trade School merged into Baoding Vocational and Technical College.
As of May 2020, the college is divided into four campuses: East, West, North and Fuping, with more than 2200 full-time students/kloc-0. At present, there are 490 full-time teachers, 3 departments 10, 6 major professional groups and more than 40 majors. Teaching staff, as of March 20 16, the school has 42 full-time teachers, including 49 professors, 28 associate professors, 2 doctors and 229 masters.
