According to Article 36 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Protection of Minors (the second draft of the revised draft), schools and kindergartens shall not arrange minors to participate in commercial activities, and shall not sell or ask them to buy designated goods and services. Schools and kindergartens shall not cooperate with off-campus training institutions to provide paid course counseling for minors.
