1, words and deeds that undermine the authority of the CPC Central Committee and violate the party's line, principles and policies in educational and teaching activities;

2, damage the national interests, social public interests, or violate social public order and good customs;

3, through the classroom, forums, lectures, information networks and other channels to publish and forward wrong views, or fabricate and spread false information and bad information;

4. Violating teaching discipline, perfunctory teaching, or engaging in part-time and paid behaviors that affect education and teaching;

5. Discrimination, insult, abuse and injury to students;

6. Encountering emergencies and dangers in education and teaching activities, leaving the post without authorization and fleeing on their own, regardless of the safety of students;

7. Having proper relationship with students and participating in any form of indecency or sexual harassment;

8, in the enrollment, examination, promotion, walk and performance appraisal, job recruitment, job title evaluation and employment, awards and other work, fraud;

9. Asking for or accepting property from students and their parents or participating in banquets, tours, entertainment and leisure activities funded by students and their parents, selling books, newspapers, supplementary materials, social insurance to students or using parents' resources for personal gain;

10, organize and participate in paid make-up classes, or introduce students and provide relevant information for off-campus training institutions;

Article 16 of the Compulsory Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the construction of schools shall conform to the standards for running schools stipulated by the state and meet the needs of education and teaching; Meet the site selection requirements and construction standards stipulated by the state, and ensure the safety of students and faculty. Article 37 of the Teacher Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) shall be given administrative sanctions or dismissed by schools, other educational institutions or educational administrative departments in any of the following circumstances:

(a) deliberately not to complete the task of education and teaching, resulting in losses to education and teaching;

(two) corporal punishment of students, the education is invalid;

(three) bad conduct, insulting students, bad influence. If a teacher falls under any of the circumstances listed in Items (2) and (3) of the preceding paragraph and the circumstances are serious enough to constitute a crime, he shall be investigated for criminal responsibility according to law.
