The second degree

The first major was non-English major, and later I got my second degree in English major through make-up exams. After passing TEM-4, I can take TEM-8 exams. Foreign language minor

Some schools, who major in Chinese as a foreign language, can minor in English. Although it's not a double major, you can take TEM-4 just like English majors, and after that, you can take TEM-8. The premise is still college students.
