I. Application conditions

(1) After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the professional assistant logistics engineer, he has been engaged in the professional work for more than 3 years continuously, reached the standard hours stipulated by the professional logistics engineer level vocational training, and obtained the certificate of completion.

(2) After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the professional assistant logistics engineer, he has been engaged in the professional or related professional work for more than 6 years.

(3) Have a bachelor degree or above in this major and related majors, and have been engaged in this occupation for more than 3 years.

Second, the examination time

The national unified appraisal time is arranged in May, 165438+ 10. Logistics staff and assistant logistics staff are divided into theoretical knowledge examination and skill operation examination. The theoretical knowledge examination adopts the closed-book method, and the skill operation examination adopts the on-site actual operation or simulation method. Both the theoretical knowledge test and the skill operation test adopt the 100 scoring system, and the score above 60 is qualified. Logistics division and senior logistics division not only need theoretical knowledge examination and thesis defense, but also need comprehensive evaluation.

Third, the content of the exam

Exam book: assistant logistics division: basic logistics, assistant logistics division training course. Logistics Department: Logistics Foundation and Logistics Department Training Course.

Learning content:

Theoretical knowledge: logistics overview, logistics operation system, logistics management system, logistics equipment and standardization, logistics related laws and regulations, and professional ethics.

Skill operation part: goods procurement, warehousing management, distribution management, transportation management, production logistics management, international goods transportation management, logistics information management, training and guidance, logistics English.

(2) Basic theory of logistics, single choice, multiple choice, mixed choice and judging right or wrong.

Logistics skill appraisal: 90 minutes, full mark 100. 60 points is qualified.

Including: (1) simulated field operation, question and answer.

(2) situational questions, question and answer.

(3) Case analysis, calculation of questions and writing.

Paper writing evaluation: 3,000 ~ 5,000 words, with drawings, tables, data and references required, which will be evaluated by the expert group, with 60 points and 36 points as qualified.

Review of thesis defense: on-site defense, each person spends 15 minutes to report the thesis and answer questions, which will be reviewed by the expert group, with a score of 40 and a score of 24 as qualified.

Assistant Logistics Engineer:

Theoretical knowledge test: 90 minutes, all objective questions, full score 100, 60 points qualified.

Including: (1) professional ethics, laws and regulations, basic theory of logistics, single choice and multiple choice.

Logistics skill appraisal: 90 minutes, full score 100, 60 points qualified.

These include: simulated field battle, scenario questions and case analysis questions, and the questions are the same as above.
