Laoting County Fifth Experimental Primary School was established in September 2065438+2009, with a total investment of 35 million yuan. It is a national new education experimental school. There are 38 teachers in the school, including 20 key teachers at city and county level and 6 famous teachers at county level. Under the guidance of the "12338 1" project of the county bureau, with the goal of "first-class school conditions, first-class teachers, first-class school management and first-class education quality", we actively explore and practice a new educational model with five characteristics of Laoting, and take ten actions as the way (creating a scholarly campus, teachers and students writing, listening to the voices outside the window and cultivating excellent eloquence)

The school practices the concept of "ideal classroom" in new education and constructs a "colorful life classroom" teaching mode with its own characteristics. Committed to the construction of "five teams": the life lecture hall team, the backbone team of famous teachers, the young teachers team, the teaching and research team, the implementation of the pilot project of famous teachers, and the establishment of Laoting Zhao Hui famous teacher studio. At present, more than 10 teachers have joined Hebei famous teacher studio. Under the guidance of the team of famous teachers and the enthusiasm of the school, the five primary school teachers gathered together grew rapidly. 1 person won the first prize in the national quality class evaluation, 2 people won the Hebei quality class award, and more than 30 people won the Tangshan quality class award. Media at all levels released micro-courses 158 in various disciplines, including 9 sections on the platform of learning to strengthen the country, 10 in the long-distance training project of "National Training Plan" of the Ministry of Education in 2020, 49 sections on the column of "Excellent Courses for Famous Teachers" on the online platform of basic education of Hebei Provincial Department of Education, and 22 sections on the teacher education network of Hebei Province.
