Conditions and subjects of Chinese actuaries' application
Application conditions: Anyone with a bachelor's degree or above or equivalent, including undergraduates, can apply for the China Actuary Qualification Examination.

There are eight compulsory courses in the quasi-actuary examination: mathematics, financial mathematics, actuarial model, economics, life insurance actuarial, non-life insurance actuarial, accounting and finance, and actuarial management.

The Chinese actuary examination is divided into two parts: quasi-actuary and actuary. The quasi-actuary part consists of eight professional courses and one professional ethics education course. Candidates who pass all eight courses will be eligible to become quasi-actuaries.

Some actuary examination plans 10 courses, including compulsory courses and elective courses. Candidates who have obtained the qualification of quasi-actuary can only obtain the Certificate of Qualified Actuary Examination if they pass five actuarial courses and meet the relevant actuarial professional training requirements.
