During the product quality guarantee period, we are responsible for any defects or failures caused by design, technology or material defects.

2. According to your own inspection results, inspection standards or inspection results of local quality inspection institutions, or during the quality guarantee period, if the quantity, quality or specifications of the products do not conform to the contract, or if the products are confirmed to be defective, including potential defects or unqualified materials, you should notify us in writing as soon as possible, and put forward handling opinions and claims.

3. The products provided have "three guarantees" service, and it is our responsibility to check. These products guarantee repair, replacement and return.

4. After receiving the notice, we will repair or replace the defective products or some accessories for free within the time stipulated in the contract (usually 12 hours).

5. If we fail to make up the defects within the time stipulated in the contract (usually 12 hours) and make a complete reply after receiving your notice, you can take necessary remedial measures, but the risks and expenses shall be borne by us.
