Can I refund the registration fee if CISP fails the make-up exam?
All participants in CISP training have two free make-up exams. If any participant fails to pass the make-up exam twice, the CISP registration fee and registration annuity can be refunded with the certificate issued by the training institution that I applied for and authorized or temporarily authorized (the original invoice should be returned).

The expenses incurred by trainees during the training period include:

Training fee: refers to the sum of tuition fees, lecturer fees, teaching materials fees and other related fees paid by training users to institutions.

Examination fee: refers to the expenses incurred in training users to take the registered information security training examination.

Registration fee: refers to the expenses incurred by training users to participate in the training and register relevant certificates after passing the examination.

Registered annuity: refers to the annual management service fee after obtaining the registration certificate.

Make-up exam fee: refers to the cost of training users who make-up exams twice for free and then make-up exams.

Registration and maintenance fee: refers to the expenses incurred by the applicant when replacing the certificate after the registration expires.

Training management fee: refers to the intellectual property fee and teaching material fee (use and development fee) authorized by CNITSEC to various training institutions.
