There are two subjects in AFP exam: basic financial management (1) and basic financial management (2). The examination adopts closed-book and computer-based methods.

The examination content includes seven modules: financial management foundation, family comprehensive financial management, investment planning, risk management and insurance planning, employee welfare and retirement planning, personal income tax and its optimization, and comprehensive financial management cases.

AFP questions are all multiple-choice questions. The AFP certification exam lasts for 6 hours, including 3 hours in the morning and 3 hours in the afternoon. Total questions 180, 90 questions in the morning and 90 questions in the afternoon.
