Through this training and study, I have gained a lot, learned a lot of knowledge and further understood the origin of China culture. The network provides us with a free learning platform. It broadened my horizons, let me communicate with my peers in education and teaching management, listen to the guidance of educational experts, learn a lot of knowledge, and be shocked bit by bit. So I am very grateful for this online training, which has made me grow and benefited a lot. This training lasted nearly four months. In the past four months, I made full use of my spare time to study online, exchange problems in education and teaching with my peers, actively participate in online Q&A activities, complete all the courses of this study, actively upload educational and teaching resources, and actively participate in interactive communication, which won the recognition of my peers and instructors. The research lasted more than 7300 minutes. Successfully completed the requirements of the training network for students. Initiated 13 course, left 33 messages, completed 4 assignments and uploaded 8 resources, especially through the first module "school standardized management and safety education", I realized the importance of school safety work. The stampede on the campus of Yucai Middle School in Hunan Province sounded the alarm for us. There are still many deficiencies in school safety management. Taking natural disasters, violent crimes, heavy casualties, food poisoning, major epidemics, etc. as the envisaged conditions, combined with the actual situation of the unit, carefully formulate emergency plans for various accidents, improve safeguard measures, and improve the disposal mechanism. The school regularly checks the facilities and lighting equipment of corridors and stairs, and resolutely eliminates the hidden dangers of management safety. 8. Strengthen sports safety management. Effectively strengthen the organization and management of physical education class and recess activities, conscientiously do a good job in technical essentials, sports preparation, closing activities and other aspects of guidance and safety protection to prevent accidents. Physical education teaching should follow the law of students' physical and mental development, and the teaching content should meet the requirements of the syllabus and the characteristics of students' age and gender. (4) Vigorously strengthen cooperation with security functional departments, and seriously rectify the surrounding environment of the campus. It is necessary to prohibit students from entering Internet cafes, actively cooperate with public security departments, and severely crack down on illegal and criminal activities that infringe on the rights and interests of teachers and students. Although this training activity is coming to an end, we should not lose the concept of lifelong learning.
