3) Assign a special person to be responsible for the work of DCS system. In the past five years, there have been no accidents such as personal injury, equipment damage and non-stop of the unit in the work related to the equipment system I am responsible for. To this end, I have also done the following work according to the requirements of my superiors:

1, strengthen the supervision and management of important equipment maintenance. In order to ensure that the equipment is not damaged and protected from misoperation by human factors, the thermal control group has formulated strict regulations on the maintenance of important equipment. I can strictly participate in the whole process of important protection and equipment system and the maintenance of aerial work places. During the overhaul of the unit, the interlock protection of the main engine and the important auxiliary engine test items can be checked and accepted at "three levels" on site, thus ensuring the correctness of the protection action and the reliability of equipment maintenance.

2. Strictly manage the "working ticket" in the process of maintenance. During the execution of the working ticket

In this process, I can strictly implement the working ticket system to ensure that the safety measures listed in the working ticket are correct and perfect; The working ticket shall not be altered or signed to ensure the safety of maintenance work. 3. Strengthen the analysis of anomalies and near misses. When the equipment is abnormal or near miss, I can carefully analyze the incident, fill in the abnormal report in time, analyze the cause of the incident in detail according to the principle of "three-no-let-go", propose feasible rectification methods through discussion with professional workers, and report them to safety professional workers and relevant professional leaders for review and rectification.

4. Strengthen the management and treatment of field equipment defects. 1) Check the professional defects in the area I am responsible for put forward by the operators every morning and eliminate them in time; 2) For defects involving downtime and important protection, seek the help of professionals for effective monitoring to ensure that downtime or downtime or equipment damage accidents are not caused by human factors; 3) Focus on monitoring the defects that can't be handled temporarily due to lack of operation adjustment or spare parts, feed them back to professional supervisors and operators in time, and fill in the spare parts plan in time.

5. Strengthen the patrol management of equipment system. Patrol the equipment twice a day, check the running status of the equipment for leakage, check the insulation and heat tracing on time in winter, and patrol on duty to ensure the early detection and treatment of equipment failures.

1, technical transformation and equipment improvement project

4) In March, 20 * *, I participated in the renovation of the drum water level transmitter cabinets of # 1 and #2 units, which greatly shortened the hidden danger of heat insulation and heat tracing of the pressure lead pipe and provided guarantee for the stable operation of the equipment in the later period;

5) In April of 20 * *, there were many leakage points in the pressure lead pipe of the float switch of Unit 4, which made it difficult to isolate the primary door. Therefore, the solution is put forward, and the pressure taking pipe of the primary door of the float switch of Unit 4 is reformed.

6) In June, 20 * *, 165438+ 10, the thermal control part of the first phase of the unit heating renovation was short of time and heavy in task, and Wang Tong, the professional supervisor, completed the renovation task in time;

7) In June, 20 * *, 165438+ 10, the components of the first phase coal feeder control cabinet were seriously aged, and the spare parts were stopped. Therefore, suggestions are put forward and the control system of #2E coal feeder is reformed.

8) In April of 20 * *, the liquid level meter of automatic blowdown and ash flushing pool of boiler #3 was reformed, which greatly reduced the incidence of defects in ash removal system;

9) In September, 20 * *, it was responsible for the outlet flow transformation of the first-phase heating header, and the displacement of the temperature measuring point was reduced by reheating;

10) is in charge of #2 machine-made pulverizing system. During the shutdown of the utilization unit, all the Sanken frequency converters in the original control cabinet were replaced with intelligent ABB frequency converters, and no abnormal shutdown of the coal feeder occurred after the replacement;

2, daily troubleshooting and equipment maintenance

1) Complete the calibration and debugging of the coal feeder instrument of the pulverizing system on time to ensure the accurate display of the instrument;

2) Check and debug the belt weigher of the whole plant once a month to reduce the measurement error;

3) The terminal board of the coal feeder control cabinet of # 2 pulverizing system is aging, and the temperature terminal board of the coal mill motor is aging, so it is improved by replacing it with a new terminal board;

4) The air sealing ring of the pneumatic regulating valve of # 2 pulverizing system leaks seriously, so the sealing ring should be replaced in time;

5) Re-laying and reconstruction of the air source pipeline of some pneumatic valves in the pumping and drainage system of Unit # 4;

6) The electromagnetic valve of ESP13 boiler ash yard frequently fails, and the failure rate is greatly reduced by adding an automatic blowdown device and stopping the machine to replace a new electromagnetic valve;

7) The installation position of the electric door actuator at the entrance of the public mortar pool for the second phase ash removal is low, and it is often submerged by water, so improvement suggestions are put forward and implemented;

8)#4 unit 1 high booster binary buoy switch often false alarm, replace the buoy switch when stopping;

9) Renovation of outdoor temperature measuring points for heating in the first phase, so as to do a lot of equipment protection and rainproof work;

10) Improve the heat insulation and heat tracing of outdoor pressure and flow measuring points of the first-phase heating, and check the instrument incubator to avoid freezing failure at low temperature in winter;
