In the 2022 edition of "Guide to the Contents and Standards of Standardized Training for Residents", the requirements of hierarchical training have been mentioned many times.
The requirements of hierarchical training are mentioned five times in the 2022 edition of "Guidelines for the Contents and Standards of Standardized Training for Residents". In view of the shortcomings of the current standardized training for residents, such as diverse participants, single training methods, general training objectives and standards, diverse training needs and extensive training progress, this paper puts forward a "classification and stratification" training model with job competence as the core, classification and stratification as the path and modularization as the means, in order to provide new ideas for the reform of resident training in China.

In order to consolidate and improve the standardized training system for residents, and further improve the training quality, on the basis of summing up practical experience, our department organized experts to revise the Contents and Standards of Standardized Training for Residents (Trial) and the Accreditation Standards of Standardized Training Bases for Residents (Trial), thus forming the Contents and Standards of Standardized Training for Residents (2022 Edition) and the Standards of Standardized Training Bases for Residents (2022 Edition).

With the consent of the National Health and Wellness Committee, it is hereby printed and distributed to you (the contents and standards of preventive medicine professional training and base standards will be released separately), and will be implemented as of September 1 day, 2022. Two documents have been screened out, of which ***5 cited hierarchical training.
