(1) According to the formation law of competitive countries. Competitive state is the most suitable preparation state for athletes to achieve excellent sports results, which is obtained through long-term training. Its development process can generally be divided into three stages:
Formation stage. After a long period of training, athletes' physical adaptability has changed, and their physical ability, physical quality, psychological quality and special skills and tactics have been continuously improved, forming a unified special competitive state.
Hold phase. The obtained competitive state is relatively stable. Driven by strong competition motivation, they can highly mobilize and display their physical potential, and often create excellent results in competitions. Disappearing stage. After long-term training, athletes need to recover their physical and mental fatigue through the accumulation of physical and psychological qualities. In this way, it is linked with the development process of competitive state, which constitutes a big training cycle. After proper recovery and adjustment, a new competitive state can be formed.
The three stages of the development of competitive state are closely linked, forming a periodic cycle. According to the development law of competitive state, the process of physical training should also be organized and implemented regularly. Generally speaking, the training process is divided into three corresponding periods: preparation period, competition period and recovery period.
(2) According to the competition schedule. To some extent, competition is the lever of training. Students' sports competitions are often arranged in spring and autumn. According to the competition date, we can reasonably arrange after-school physical training, arrange the training cycle, continuously improve the training level and achieve good results in the competition.
Second, the implementation points
(1) Determine the training period according to the main competitions. According to the characteristics of students' sports competitions in China, the annual training cycle can generally be divided into two or more big cycles. Each big cycle includes-preparation period, competition period and recovery period, that is, the complete process of formation, maintenance and disappearance of competition state. Determine the major cycles around major events to ensure that athletes lay a solid foundation in training, develop in an all-round way, obtain an ideal competitive state, and create excellent results in major events.
(2) Arrange the training cycle according to the characteristics of semester division. Physical training after school is different from professional training. It only divides the training period according to the competition, and also according to the arrangement of school teaching, especially the arrangement of two semesters and holidays. For example, after the large cycle is determined, a basic training week with a large amount of exercise can be arranged before the examination stage, and a small cycle with recovery and adjustment as the main part can be arranged during the examination stage to ensure that student athletes review the examination. We can arrange systematic heavy-load training in winter and summer vacations, and strive to improve phased training.
