work experience

At least 5 years working experience, including more than 2 years decision-making experience. Education can be converted into work experience to reduce the certification period, secondary school or junior college certificate (university or college) can be reduced by 1 year, bachelor's degree can be reduced by 2 years, and master's or doctoral degree can be reduced by 3 years.

Course training

Attend six black belt course trainings (class hours exceed 140 hours) and provide training certificates.

Project experience

At least two Six Sigma Black Belt projects have been successfully completed, and two Six Sigma project declaration forms have been submitted as evidence.
