If the teacher's qualification is revoked, he may not sign up for the exam within 5 years; Those who are deprived of political rights, or who have been sentenced to more than fixed-term imprisonment for crimes, may not sign up for the examination. If there is cheating in the teacher qualification examination, it shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Measures for Handling Violations in the National Education Examination.
