Thirteenth driving training operators should hang the motor vehicle driving training license in a prominent position in the business premises, and publicize their business scope, charging items, charging standards, coaches, teaching vehicles and coaching venues.
Fourteenth driving training operators should establish and improve the safety and emergency management system, strengthen the safety management in the training process, keep the teaching facilities and equipment in a good technical state, and ensure the safety of training.
Driving training operators shall purchase compulsory motor vehicle third party liability insurance for teaching vehicles. Encourage driving and training operators to buy personal accident insurance for those who receive motor vehicle driving skills training (hereinafter referred to as trainees).
Article 15 Driving training operators shall conduct training in accordance with the syllabus prescribed by the state, use training materials uniformly compiled by the state or the province, strengthen the cultivation of students' awareness of road traffic safety and energy conservation and the training of safe and energy-saving driving skills, establish and improve management systems such as business management, personnel training and training timing, and continuously improve the quality of training.
Driver training operators shall, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state, issue motor vehicle driver training certificates to students who have passed the training and assessment.
Sixteenth motor vehicle driving training to implement the school hour system. The training fee consists of theoretical training hours, driving operation training hours and driving simulation operation hours. The driver training operator shall independently formulate the unit price charging standard for class hours, and report the training charging items and charging standards to the local price department for filing and publicity in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state. Motor vehicle driving training fees shall be calculated separately.
Driving training operators shall not charge more than the recorded charging items and charging standards, shall not compete maliciously below the cost price, and shall not disrupt the market order of motor vehicle driver training by other price means.
Article 17 A driver training operator shall, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and the province, fill in the People's Republic of China (PRC) Motor Vehicle Driver Training Record (hereinafter referred to as the training record) under the unified supervision of the provincial road transport management institution, and regularly submit the training record and enrollment materials to the local road transport management institution.
The road transport management institution shall review the training records in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and the province. No unit or individual may forge, alter or use forged or altered training records.
Article 18 The training scale and service capacity of an operating coaching ground shall not exceed the approved operating carrying capacity.
The operation coaching field shall not provide operation training services for non-teaching vehicles.
Nineteenth driving training operators shall not allow others to engage in motor vehicle driver training and business activities in their own names, and shall not use non-teaching vehicles to engage in motor vehicle driver training.
Driving training operators shall not rent or lend teaching vehicles to others for training and business activities.
Twentieth driving training operators should use the intelligent information system of driving training in accordance with the provisions, and adopt advanced scientific and technological means such as multimedia teaching software, driving simulator and training hours recorder to improve the management level and teaching methods.
Twenty-first driving training operators shall establish files of students, coaches and teaching vehicles. The storage period of students' files is not less than 4 years, the teaching vehicle files should be kept until 1 year after the vehicle is scrapped, and the coach files should be kept for a long time, which will change with the change of coach service units.
