Legal basis: Measures for the Administration of Employees in Off-campus Training Institutions (Trial)

Article 1 These Measures are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Education Promotion Law of the People's Republic of China and the Labor Contract Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) in order to strengthen the management of employees in off-campus training institutions and standardize the training behavior of institutions and employees.

Article 2 Employees of off-campus training institutions refer to the staff in institutions that provide off-campus training for primary and secondary school students and preschool children over 3 years old according to regulations, including teaching staff, teaching and research personnel and other personnel. Among them, faculty members refer to those who undertake training and teaching, and teaching researchers refer to those who train and study; Assistants such as teaching assistants and foremen are managed by other personnel.

Article 3 These Measures shall apply to the recruitment of China nationals, and the recruitment of foreigners shall comply with the relevant provisions of the state.
