First open the conversion software, and then select the conversion video format on the left. You can convert any format you need, as shown in the figure below.

2. After selecting the format, open [Add File] in the upper right corner to add video.

Third, after adding the video, directly open the [Output Configuration] above to set the code rate.

4. After entering the video settings, find out the video stream-bit rate (KB/s), as shown in the figure.

5. After the query comes out, click the default button at the back to display various code rates. Select the required code rate.

6. After selection, click OK in the upper right corner to save the settings.

Seven, after opening the folder, you can see the converted video, as shown in the figure below.
