According to Chang Cai Ban Fa [2022] No.9 document, within two years after graduation, doctoral, master's and full-time undergraduate graduates under the age of 35 who have settled and worked in Tianxin District will be given rental and living allowances of 30,000 yuan, 20,000 yuan and 1.2 million yuan respectively. For doctoral graduates from overseas universities who have settled and worked in Tianxin District, the living allowance for renting a house has been increased to 654.38+10,000 yuan. Rent and living allowance shall be calculated and paid from the month of application.

2. Housing subsidies

According to Chang Cai Ban Fa [2022] No.6 document, newly recruited doctoral and master graduates under the age of 35 in Tianxin District will be given housing subsidies of 654.38 million yuan and 30,000 yuan respectively for purchasing commercial housing for the first time in Tianxin District (the age of doctoral graduates from overseas universities is not limited).
