2. 3. 4. All primary and secondary schools should inform every teacher, student and parent of this circular in time, strengthen the arrangement and management of students in this school, ensure that they do not participate in all kinds of offline learning, exchanges and competitions organized by any institution, prevent people from gathering, and ensure the health of students.
