Main reference standards: Safety Regulations for Explosion Prevention of Dust (GB 15577-2007) and Safety Regulations for Explosion Prevention of Magnesium Alumina Powder Processing (GB 17269-2003)4. Duties and authorities: 4. 1 The main person in charge of the company (factory) is responsible for setting up the dust workplace according to the requirements of the specification. 4.2. The safety director of the company (factory) is responsible for compiling this system and supervising its implementation, and guiding the prevention and emergency treatment of fire and explosion accidents in the dust workshop (factory). 4.3 The workshop director (team leader) is responsible for the implementation of accident prevention measures related to this system and the timely disposal of dust fire and explosion accidents. 4.4 The equipment management department is responsible for the correct installation of dust workshop equipment and laying of electrical circuits. Overhaul related safety facilities in time, and test related testing items according to relevant regulations and reference specifications. 4.5 Dust workers shall abide by the safety operation rules of this post, maintain dust facilities and equipment in time, check the fire-fighting equipment and safety signs of this post, and ensure the smooth emergency passage; Report potential accidents. 5. Prevention of dust fire and explosion accidents: 5. 1 Dust workshop (post) should keep a safe distance from other buildings. Aluminum-magnesium alloy dust workshop (post) should keep a safe distance of more than 10m from other workshops, and should not be set in multi-storey workshops. The door and window frames of the dust workshop should be made of metal, and the safety door should be opened outwards. Emergency evacuation and rescue channels should be protected and kept open. 5.2 Dust workshop should be equipped with fire extinguishing equipment. Dry powder fire extinguishers, water-based fire extinguishers and foam-based fire extinguishers should not be used for fire fighting equipment in aluminum-magnesium alloy dust workshop. Workshop fire-fighting equipment and safety signs are regularly inspected and maintained by post operators, and fixed-point management is implemented; 5.3 Explosion-proof electrical equipment and switches should be used in the dust workshop (post), and galvanized pipes or water and gas pipes should be used for wire laying to meet the overall explosion-proof requirements. The dust collector shall meet the anti-static safety requirements. Dust removal facilities should have explosion-proof and explosion-proof devices. There should be no dust falling in the dust removal pipeline. If there is any abnormal phenomenon, the operator should stop the operation and report to the equipment management department in time for handling. 5.4 Dust workers should be specially trained by the safety director, and they can work at their posts only after passing the examination. 5.5 Dust workers should wear cotton work clothes, and not chemical fiber work clothes. Wear a dust mask and ear protector when working. 5.6 Fireworks and unproductive open flames are strictly prohibited in the dust workshop (post), and explosion-proof functions or tools that do not generate sparks should be used. If it is really necessary to work with naked flame, the hot work personnel shall apply to the person in charge of safety of the company (factory) in accordance with the regulations, and can only work after obtaining permission and implementing relevant safety operation measures. 5.7 When the dust workshop is located at the top floor of the building or the dust removal device is higher than the factory building, there should be lightning protection devices. 5.8 Dust workshop must be equipped with ventilation device, and ensure it is in good condition. 5.9 The facilities and equipment of the dust workshop (post) shall be overhauled once a week by the equipment management department. Post workers carry out daily maintenance of production equipment and facilities. 5. 10 After the operation, the post operator shall immediately collect the dust in the dust bag and pipeline, and shall not use compressed air to purge the facilities and equipment, and shall not purge the dust on the body and clothes. It is forbidden to knock the metal parts of dust removal equipment with metal tools. 5. 1 1 The collected dust shall be stored after cooling, and shall not be stored together with other combustible substances. Aluminum and magnesium dust should be stored in a special warehouse. 6. Dust detection and monitoring 6. 1 The dry dust collector shall be equipped with an over-temperature alarm. 6.2 Every month, the equipment management department should connect the dust collector with a flange, and the resistance at both ends of the flange should be less than 0.03 Ω. 6.3 The equipment management department shall test the grounding resistance of the dust collector once a month, and the grounding resistance shall be less than100Ω. 6.4 The person in charge of dust workshop safety shall conduct daily inspection on the workshop. If there is any abnormality, measures should be taken to deal with it; Unhandled hidden dangers should be reported to the safety supervisor in time. 7. Disposal of dust fire and explosion accident 7. 1 After discovering the signs of dust fire and explosion accident and the occurrence of dust fire and explosion accident, the site operators should immediately stop the machine, cut off all power switches on the site, notify the site and nearby personnel to evacuate the accident site urgently, and immediately report to the company (factory) safety director or superior. 7.2 The person in charge of safety or on-site management personnel shall immediately organize the evacuation of the personnel at the scene of the accident, carry out self-rescue work, and report to the main person in charge of the unit and the safety supervision and management department. 7.2 Dry powder fire extinguishers, water fire extinguishers and carbon dioxide fire extinguishers shall not be used to put out aluminum-magnesium alloy dust accidents. 8. Supplementary Provisions 8. 1 This system is approved by the general manager of the company (factory) and shall come into force as of the date of promulgation. 8.2 The safety director is responsible for explaining and supervising the implementation.
