5 Management content and requirements
5. 1 Newcomers, interns and substitute students must receive three-level safety education, and they can not be assigned work until they pass the examination. Three-level safety education includes:
1, safety education of the branch. Not less than one day [H3] (not less than three days for dangerous posts); The main contents of education: national production safety guidelines, basic policies and regulations; General situation of safety production in the branch; Introduction of special danger points of the branch; Safety production rules and regulations of the branch; General factory safety instructions and basic knowledge of accident prevention.
2. Workshop safety education. The time is not less than two days [H4] (the dangerous position is not less than three days); The main contents of education: workshop production characteristics, main dangers, harmful factors and matters needing attention; Safety production rules and regulations and safety technical regulations in the workshop; Casualty accident cases in workshop and preventive measures.
3. Safety team education. Time is not less than three days; The main contents of education: the general situation of production, the nature of work and the scope of responsibilities of the safety team; Labor discipline, post operating rules, action procedures, operating standards and post safety responsibilities; Cases after the accident and accident prevention measures; Use and precautions of safety fire fighting equipment and equipment and personal protective equipment.

5.2 Each workshop (department) must carry out workshop and team-level safety education for employees who change jobs and types of work. After passing the examination, the post operation can be arranged.
5.3 Before new technologies, new equipment, new processes and new products are put into use, operators must be given special safety education and post safety technical training, and only after passing the examination can they work at their posts.
5.4 Employees returning from visiting relatives must go to the Safety and Environmental Protection Department for safety education and affix their seals before they can reimburse their travel expenses.
5.5 Training and education of special operations personnel
5.5. 1 Special operators must undergo special safety technical training and pass the examination, and can only work at their posts after obtaining the special operation certificate.
5.5.2 If the special operation certificate needs to be reviewed, an application for review shall be submitted to the original assessment and certification authority or the local assessment and certification authority within 60 days before the expiration of the validity period.
5.5.3 Those who fail to pass the second interview of the special operation certificate shall not be allowed to take up their posts.
5.6 Safety training for the person in charge and safety production management personnel
The company's principal responsible person and safety production management personnel shall receive safety training from the safety production supervision department, and have safety production knowledge and management ability suitable for their production and business activities. Only after the safety production supervision and supervision departments have passed the examination of their safety production knowledge and management ability and obtained the safety qualification certificate can they take up their posts.
5.7 Workers shall receive retraining for no less than 20 hours every year.

7 Supplementary clauses
7. 1 The Safety Production Committee of the Branch shall be responsible for the interpretation of this system.
7.2 This system shall be implemented as of the date of issuance, and the original safety education system shall be abolished at the same time.
