1. Team spirit:

During the whole training period, there are two days of outdoor expansion activities. I am full of expectations when I know that I will have induction training. I used to think that only foreign companies would do systematic induction education. Getting induction training is even more surprising. The training content is rich, informative and creative everywhere, from corporate culture, development strategy, management system to project management and so on. In just one week, we quickly changed our role from "college students" and faced our work with a positive and optimistic attitude.

At the beginning of the training, our new class was divided into four groups. Each group is a team, with its own team name and team logo. In a blink of an eye, the new employee training has ended. After five days of study, I feel that every new employee can quickly understand the company and adapt to the work.
