Main responsibilities:

1. To formulate plans and policies for the city's education reform and development and organize their implementation.

2, responsible for coordinating the city's basic education (including preschool education), higher education, vocational education and adult education, private education and minority education; Responsible for the work of teachers in the city and guide the construction of teaching and administrative staff in the school; Guide the internal management system of the school and the reform of education and teaching; Organize educational supervision and evaluation.

3. Overall planning the layout of secondary and below schools; In accordance with the provisions, undertake the audit of the establishment, merger, renaming and adjustment of ordinary high schools, ordinary secondary schools, vocational secondary schools and private schools.

4, to participate in the formulation of education funds, education funding, education infrastructure investment policy, supervision of the financing and use of education funds; Participate in the reform of the city's compulsory education funding guarantee mechanism; Prepare annual budget proposals for municipal education funds, guide and manage municipal schools, directly affiliated institutions, infrastructure investment and special funds, and manage foreign education assistance and education loans to our city in accordance with relevant regulations.

Heze Admissions Committee Office (with the brand of Heze Study Abroad Service Center):

Responsibilities: Responsible for the enrollment of junior colleges, technical secondary schools, adults and graduate students in the city. On the premise of completing the original work objectives, add the following responsibilities:

1, provide consulting services on study abroad policies, handle the formalities for overseas students and do a good job in auditing and filing, so as to guide and standardize the study abroad market in the city;

2. Carry out and co-ordinate the management of exchange and cooperation projects between Chinese and foreign schools;

3, responsible for the city's high school students to study abroad preparatory education and transportation;

4. Strengthen external contacts and make overall arrangements for international students to study in Heze;

5. Organize students to study abroad, carry out various trainings and undertake foreign education exhibitions.
