Judicial examination
You can get a legal professional qualification certificate by passing the judicial examination. The test score must reach at least 360 points, and the A certificate is universal in the country. civil service examination
Through the local civil service examination, you can obtain the identity of civil servants and the special compilation of politics and law. Of course, there are also smart friends, advanced courts, and then take the judicial examination.
Training for new judges
After entering the court, as long as you hold the certificate of passing the judicial examination for less than one year, the Provincial High Court will arrange training for your first judge. This is an important step to become a judge.
First judge examination
Pass the junior judge examination, and you will be qualified as a junior judge. The president of the court will appoint you as an acting judge (also known as an assistant judge). At this time, you will officially become a real judge, with judicial power and other legal provisions of the judge's power.
