The college is located in the northeast city of Sichuan in the middle reaches of Jialing River.

This emergency drill was conducted against the background that a student who returned to school after the May Day holiday was positive for initial nucleic acid test. According to the six major process arrangements of "discovery report, emergency response-process investigation, traffic isolation-building closure, campus management and control-full staff detection-after-care evaluation-summary and improvement", the positive cases of initial screening were isolated and transported, close contacts were screened and observed, and the closed area was controlled and closed. During the drill, all emergency teams carried out disposal measures such as transshipment, isolation, flow adjustment, building sealing and control, and material distribution in a tense and orderly manner according to the plan. The drill also set up four groups of nucleic acid detection sampling points in the sports ground of North and South Campus. Within three hours, more than 3,500 teachers and students in the hospital completed all nucleic acid testing and sampling.
