Concluding remarks on exchange of experiences
A speech is a manuscript prepared in advance by the participants in order to express their views, opinions or report their ideological work at meetings or important activities. The following is the conclusion of the experience exchange speech, welcome to read!

First, the correct attitude is the premise of a good class.

I think there are three important points about teaching attitude.

1, with your heart. Teaching is the central work of party schools, and it should also be the central work of party school teachers. Therefore, as a party school teacher, we should always take our teaching work to heart. What topics should be set? How to better set up and enrich the topic content? How to teach better? Wait, thinking about these problems should be the center of all our work and a part of our daily life.

2. Down-to-earth. If you want to really talk about every topic and every class well, you need a set of excellent skills, and the practice of skills needs to be down-to-earth in several aspects: by studying professional books, you can systematically master the basic knowledge of your major and build a solid professional theory-foundation; Grasp the presentation, basic connotation and development of the party's basic theory by carefully studying the party's important documents; Through the accumulation of social practice, we have a more accurate grasp of the facts of the market.

3. High standards and strict requirements. Calculate carefully, so far, we have been working in the party school for nearly six years. Although, from the perspective of the whole teacher echelon, we belong to young teachers, today, this should not be the reason for us to relax our demands on ourselves. All aspects should learn from the old teachers and strive to catch up. Work attitude, diligence and pragmatism, teaching method, innovation, teaching method, breakthrough, teaching task, responsibility. This is very important for our growth and progress.

Second, preparing lessons carefully is the foundation of a good class.

1, scientific topic selection. I don't have a deep understanding of how to choose a topic scientifically. Here I only share three profound experiences with you.

First, generally speaking, the topic should be based on the party's theory or policy. This is the inherent requirement of party school teaching, and it is also the guarantee of personal "self-confidence" in teaching. Second, the topic should be new. Combining the latest requirements of the party's theory, line, principles and policies, and the new trend of economic and social development in our city, it is easier to arouse students' interest. Third, the topic should not be too big. The topic range is too large, which will lead to great difficulty in preparing lessons. Without finding a good starting point, the content prepared will be obviously broad and empty. This semester, I set up the topic of "actively promoting the innovation of grass-roots party building" The scope of this topic is somewhat large, because grass-roots party building covers many contents, including rural party building, urban community party building, state-owned enterprise party building, government institutions party building, non-public economic organizations and new social organizations party building and so on. Because we have to give consideration to all aspects and avoid empty content, I feel particularly hard in the process of preparing lessons, which can be said to be overwhelming. After repeated thinking and weighing, I cleared my mind and successfully completed my speech.

Personally, I feel that the most important thing to choose a scientific topic is to have a deep grasp of the theory, practice and development trend in this field. This is the premise.

2. Set the content of the lecture notes reasonably.

Once the topic is determined, we should consider how to set the content. To set the content, you must first collect the material. Through teaching practice, I think there are several sources of materials for preparing lessons: First, related books. This is the most important source. Second, related theoretical articles. Third, related lecture recordings, videos or courseware. We went to the Party School of the Central Committee and the Party School of the Provincial Party Committee to study, and we could get some such information on the spot. In addition, we can also collect it through the internet. For example, the lecturer's website and the distance teaching network of the Central Party School are all better. Fourth, pay attention to practical research and master first-hand fresh materials.

On the basis of collecting materials, we should pay attention to the following aspects when setting the content:

First, clear thinking and logic. It is not required to design according to the routine of "asking questions, analyzing problems, solving problems" or "status, function, cause and background, methods and measures", but it is required to be clear and coherent, from the framework, logic to key points, from the beginning to the end, to make the topic content clear. However, the title should not be too detailed, and the third-level title is appropriate. If the title exceeds level 4, it will cause logical confusion and is likely to arouse students' disgust.

Second, the combination of theory and practice is the combination of reality and practice. A specialized course cannot be without theory. Without theory, there is no height. But it can't just be a theory, otherwise it will become an empty sermon. So we say that we should adhere to the combination of theory and practice. I feel that "practice" here not only refers to vivid examples, but also includes rich materials and detailed data, and even includes my own thinking and feelings about practical problems. Therefore, in order to do this, we should pay special attention to the usual accumulation, listen more, watch more and think more, and record the inspirational examples we come into contact with so that we can use them at any time.

Third, the depth is moderate. A good special course should make students with deep foundation not feel shallow, and students with poor foundation not feel difficult, so as to achieve moderate depth and appeal to both refined and popular tastes.

In the process of teaching, I often have the experience that bringing profound things seen in professional books to class may not necessarily produce the expected good results. After careful analysis of the reasons, I think there are two points: first, the profound things in the book are not clearly expressed in popular language, that is, they lack the ability to make the profound things shallow; second, these profound things may be too obscure to be told in class. From this, we get two inspirations: first, we should pay attention to improving the transformation ability of "shallow interpretation", and second, we should carefully select materials. Fourth, design a wonderful beginning and end. A wonderful beginning can be fascinating, and a wonderful ending can end a class wonderfully, leaving a deep impression on people. For the beginning, you can try to use a typical vivid example, or some cutting-edge current events, or a classic quote, or a hot topic. For the ending, you can use typical examples or classic quotations.
