What are the building fire protection design requirements of education and training institutions?
Basic principles:

1. An office building whose main function is training or education should be treated as a teaching building. For details, please refer to the topic: Teaching Building-Requirements for Building Fire Prevention and Control Facilities!

2 children's training classes and early education centers should be disposed of according to children's activity places. For details, please refer to the topic: Children's Activity Places-Requirements for Building Fire Prevention and Control Facilities!

3. Nurseries and kindergartens. For details, please refer to the topic: Nurseries and Kindergartens-Requirements for Building Fire Prevention Facilities!

4, primary and secondary schools, see the topic: primary and secondary schools-building fire prevention and fire control facilities requirements!

For an office building with only a few offices or local floors for training courses, it is still an office building as a whole. Please refer to the requirements for building fire protection facilities: office building-requirements for building fire protection facilities! Among them, the setting of training courses shall meet the following requirements:

First, when the training course is set in a building with a third-grade fire resistance, it should be arranged on the first floor or the second floor; When it is set in a building with a fire resistance rating of four, it should be arranged on the first floor.

Two, the number of evacuation doors in public buildings should be determined by calculation, and should not be less than two. For training courses that meet one of the following conditions, 1 evacuation door can be set in the room.

The rooms located between two safety exits or on both sides of the bag-shaped walkway can be equipped with evacuation doors when the building area is less than 75m.

3. Safe evacuation distance of the training course: the straight-line distance from the evacuation door of the room to the evacuation walkway and the nearest safety exit, and the straight-line distance from any point in the room to the evacuation door to the evacuation walkway should not be greater than 5.5. 17 of the Code for Fire Protection Design of Buildings. (Note: See Table 5.5 for the requirements of "Teaching Building".17)

4. When the training course is set in a single-storey or multi-storey civil building, the combustion performance grade of the interior decoration materials shall not be lower than the provisions of 5. 1. 1 in the Code for Fire Protection Design of Interior Decoration of Buildings, and it shall be implemented with reference to the "teaching place".

5. When the training course is set in a high-rise civil building, the burning performance grade of the interior decoration materials shall not be lower than the provisions in Article 5.2. 1 of the Code for Fire Protection Design of Interior Decoration of Buildings, and it shall be implemented with reference to the "teaching place".

6. When the training course is set in an underground civil building, the burning performance grade of the decoration materials in all parts of the building shall not be lower than the provisions in Article 5.3. 1 of the Code for Fire Protection Design of Interior Decoration of Buildings, and it shall be implemented with reference to the "teaching place".

Seven. Disclaimer: All requirements in this article are technical standards and specifications related to specific functions. In practical application, the specific requirements are in accordance with the requirements of public buildings in the Code for Fire Protection Design of Buildings.

Acceptance criteria:

After the completion of a construction project that requires fire protection design in accordance with the national technical standards for fire protection in engineering construction, fire protection acceptance and filing shall be carried out in accordance with the following provisions:

(1) For the construction project specified in Article 11 of this Law, the construction unit shall apply to the fire control institution of the public security organ for fire control acceptance;

(two) other construction projects, the construction unit after acceptance, shall be reported to the public security organ fire control institutions for the record, the public security organ fire control institutions shall conduct spot checks.

Fire protection in educational and training institutions:

1. Teaching and training institutions whose training targets are under 14 years old should choose123rd floor; If you are in a high-rise building, you should set up independent safety exits and evacuation stairs; If it is in a single-storey or multi-storey civil building, the number of independent safety exits should not be less than 1, and the evacuation width should not be less than 70% of the total design evacuation width of the place.

2. The training target is 14 years old and above, and the education and training institutions are located on the third floor and below. When the building area of each floor is not more than 200m2 and the total number of people on the third floor is not more than 50, evacuation stairs can be set up.

3, ceiling decoration materials should use incombustible materials.

4, the width of the room evacuation doors, exits, evacuation walkways and evacuation stairs should be accounted for according to the layout.

5, the exterior wall should be set for fire rescue into the fire rescue window.

6, windows, balconies and other places where closed metal fences cannot be set, auxiliary evacuation and escape facilities should be set up.

7, decoration can't affect the original fire control facilities and use.
