Core secret-related personnel: refers to those who generate, manage, master or frequently come into contact with top-secret state secrets, the disclosure of which will cause particularly great damage to national security and interests. The scope includes:
(1) leading cadres and experts who participate in the formulation of major national defense principles, policies and plans;
(2) Experts with high knowledge density confirmed by the group company;
(3) Top secret commander-in-chief, chief designer, chief engineer, chief quality engineer, chief designer and main leaders (including technical leaders) of enterprises undertaking overall construction tasks;
(4) Designers of passwords (except commercial passwords);
(5) Other important personnel.
2, the definition and scope of key classified personnel:
Secret-related key personnel: refers to those who generate, manage, master or have frequent contact with state secrets, and those who are involved in top-secret state secrets except the core personnel involved in secrets. Once leaked, it will cause great damage to national security and interests. The scope includes:
(1) Party and government leaders of enterprises and institutions;
(2) Top secret projects and projects, deputy chief commander, deputy chief designer, deputy chief engineer, deputy chief quality engineer, director (deputy director) designer, supervisor (deputy director) designer, manufacturing supervisor, project team (deputy leader) leader and other production technology leaders and business backbones;
