Shijiazhuang Railway Vocational and Technical School, also known as Shijiazhuang China Railway Talent Training Base, is a public university.

Private schools and public schools are established with the approval of relevant departments. Public schools: funded by the state, and most of the funds for running schools come from the government. Private schools: Self-raised funds are needed, and the funds for running schools mainly come from enterprises. Therefore, this is also the main reason why the fees of private schools are higher than those of public schools (but they are all standards approved by the Price Bureau).
